Business Manager: $55,000 - $65,000

Worklink is seeking a suitably experienced Business Manager to join our team. The Business Manager is responsible for the financial management, business administration and contractual compliance across the organisation.

Trainer/Assessor for Traineeships: $50,000 - $60,000

Worklink is seeking a suitably experienced trainer/assessor to work with our current Trainees and help grow our Traineeship base in the Great Southern.

Worklink is a community focused, not for profit organisation with offices in Albany, Esperance and Kalgoorlie. Worklink offers the opportunity to be part of a small, innovative team; flexible, supportive working environment; salary sacrifice opportunities; additional bonus holiday in December and negotiated contributions to staff development and/or study leave.

We deliver accredited and non-accredited training to individuals and groups with a focus on Business, Retail and Leadership. This role will include in-class one day a week. To undertake this part-time positon (4 days/week), you will need:

  • Certificate IV TAE40116 in Training and Assessment
  • Previous experience providing accredited training
  • Qualifications and current/relevant experience in industry areas
