More than just room hire
We have offices, meeting and training rooms available to rent on either a casual basis or longer term basis. Our offices provide a managed reception, access to tea and coffee making facilities and a kitchen, accessible toilets, meeting rooms, some access to photocopier, scanner and printer. Internet and telephone access can be negotiated.
All rooms can be hired on a half-day, full day or per week basis. Details and prices for catering and equipment hire are available on request. All our venues have free community parking either outside or nearby.
Stirling Room - the largest of our rooms, the Stirling Board Room can accommodate up to 20 people. A spacious room with high ceilings, arched windows, natural light and stunning views of Princess Royal Harbour. This room comes with a large white board, e-board and can be enabled with tea, coffee making facilities on the large side bench area.
Porongurups Room - this meeting / training room boasts high ceilings, arched windows, natural light and beautiful views of Princess Royal Harbour. This room also has an e-board and large wall mounted white boards. A boardroom table configuration will seat up to 14 or an alternative configuration will accommodate up to 20.
Clarence Training Room - this training room is equipped with 10 networked computers (all with internet access), a printer and whiteboard.
Kinjarlin Room - this room is ideal for interviews or smaller meetings.
Shadforth Room - this room is ideal for interviews.
Meeting Room – this room is spacious and flooded with natural light. It has boardroom style seating for up to 8 people. It is perfect for a Skype meeting or a more formal community or business meeting.
Training Room – this room is ideal for medium sized training groups or a larger sized meeting. It has boardroom style seating for up to 15 people or can be configured to meet your needs.
Meeting Room - this room is suitable for smaller meetings or interviews.
