No matter what your learning style or your circumstances we work with individual learners to help them gain one of our nationally recognised qualifications in Business, Leadership or Retail (Traineeship only).
We work with a wide range of community support agencies, local businesses to assist with meaningful work experience placements, Government agencies including the Department of Education and the Department of Training & Workforce Development (DTWD) as well as local Job Actives to bring our students the best possible opportunities for them to reach their individual goals.
We are an approved provider for the DTWD Participation Program delivering publicly funded vocational education training (VET) to specific student groups - jobseekers, youth, people with disabilities and Aboriginal people.
Our professional staff are aware and supportive of different learning styles, abilities and social anxieties. They work with each individual student to identify support requirements that may be needed or that may assist a student to attain their goals. They also work with the student and/or parent/carer to identify any barriers they may be facing and to connect them with support agencies where relevant.
Our facilities are located in Albany, Kalgoorlie and Esperance and we make regular trips to regional towns in the Lower Great Southern and Goldfields-Esperance regions to work with a wide range of trainees and employers.
Our facilities include modern training rooms, up-to-date computers and quality office equipment as well as spacious study and relaxation areas.
As well as being skilled and experienced, our trainers are friendly, engaging and supportive.
We can often match training to a student's learning style and circumstances. If you prefer to work in a group you can join a class-based course but if you prefer to work at your own pace you can join a self-paced session in our training rooms or work in your home. You can even choose a combination of both.
As part of the training program with us, student's have access to career guidance, study sessions, work experience placements, breakfast clubs and chill out areas.
